Heart Blessed Sunday~

Good Morning All~ Maybe we should come in a little more often, me included. I haven't been feeling good. Something is wrong with my ear and making life uncomfortable for me. It even hurts to walk. I finally gave in and took a Hydrocodone this morning or I don't think I would be going to church. I didn't sleep hardly any last night. It all started with a stiff neck, then this ear thing.
I think I will be ok, but when is the big question. I go for blood work at the Dr's office tomorrow, but hate to make an appointment for this, since I just seen the Dr. Thur.

I hope the rest of you are doing ok. Anyway if your up to it, come in and post today. Well I got to finish getting ready this morning. have a god day!

Default We could have a wonderful thing going. . .

IF we all did "talk" so much someone would say, "please shut up"!!! We need less talk of the weather and more talk about how to loose weight and keep it off.

For example, today I feel like I am starving. I have already eaten my afternoon snack (at 10:00 this morning). Thank goodness there are no goodies in this house, like cookies, or they would be gone.

Physically I am in great pain. I've had this flare of BOTH my fibro and my neuropathy going for weeks. Maybe my body is reacting to that.

Any suggestions that will help me change this pattern?

Love,
Nancy

Hi Billie, Sue, and Nancy.

I hope everyone feels better soon. I haven't been sleeping very good since last Wednesday and it is really wearing me down.

I lost a pound this past week. So far since I have been independant of my ex I have lost 20 pounds over the past 16 or so months. My elastic pants are really loose.

Dear Befuddled;

First, congratulations for being independant of your ex. I know how hard that must have been. (My first marriage ended in divorce, a nasty one, after 12 years.) My ex still likes to see if he can upset me. Well, I lost a ton of weight, too but I gained all of mine back. I hope you'll keep yours off. Sleep is another problem I have and it's no fun! So you take care of yourself.

Love,
Nancy

Thank you Nancy. I usually gain back some of summer's weigt loss during the winter but I'm too ahead in weight loss. I was with my husband for 12 years also! Something about 12 years must be all one can take.
