You should come to Colorado. We are a no smoking state. It has been 2 years now. It sure makes throwing a lot more healthy. I always hated the smoke. For the first year, the smokers whined, and whined that they had to go outside. Now, I've heard several say their games improved without the distraction.

I can't afford to drink and some of my meds say no, no, no. It's water or club soda w/lime for me.

Gosh I'm not even sure how much water I had today.

Hmmm, I have water at PT, and water at breakfast.

And lUnch. And then I had to drink 32ozs. for the test.

Then I had a coughing spill before, during and after the test so water was my best friend. Then I had water all the way home.

None of this included the water pouring outside my car.

I also had some food, but I'm not touching that part exactly I kind of cheated for breakfast, i had biscuits and gravy, just 1/2 a order.

And then a roast beef sandwich for lunch, and a salad for dinner.

And I treated my self to a shake after my test at the hospital.

I've been drinking a lot of walmart crystal light type no sugar drink. I mix it with my wter and am really drinking a lot. Sorry...can't stand just water it turns my stomach. Still though the punch and lots of water is a good thing.
Today I am still drinking lots. Need the fluid real badly for my digestive progesses. Gaye

I love that crystal light - white tea with blueberries is my fave. It makes the water go down better.

I drank a total of, 148 oz of water or club soda w/lime yesterday. Yes, we tied a record yesterday at 97. It was so HOT at darts. I may cut back a bit with the H2O today.
