you might need to do that. lol. are you floating away yet or buying stick in charmin?

getting too much isn't good either. when it is hot or we are exerting oursleves...you use it up. otherwise you can deplete yourself of eletrolytes.

Yes, I'm feeling a bit like a hovercraft today.

I had such severe nausea yesterday, I only ate for the day, 2 taquitos and one blueberry muffin, about 12 hrs apart. I only ate so I can take meds. Not smart, I know, but I couldn't even look at food.

Since I stopped the Lyrica and the constant eating it caused, I've been so nauseous, how weird is that.

I'm hungry now, but nausea seems to have bonded with me. Maybe some scrabled eggs will be good. I'm gonna try.

beth, nausea is also a sx of electrolyte imbalance.

if you can handle it...a piece of banana
and add a dash or 2 of salt to your eggs.

it's vicious cycle. been there done that with many hospital stays with my mom. even taking tums to calm the nausea messed her up big time.

I did oversalt my eggs so got that done. Will have some banana now.

A cool front moved in and I've got a whopper of a sinus headache on top of everything.

Thanks much, you are a wealth of useful info.

Beth

Hoping your feeling better.

Gosh on the water front, its been a bad day to drink water for me.

I was on the road all day, trying to help my daughter-like-in-law get
my granddaughter to the hospital 2 hours away, with 2 other grandkids,
and we just didn't have the time for stopping for water.

But it was such a long day. Started at 9am and ended at 6pm.

I am not liking the fact that we have to go back in 2 weeks, even more
so because its a molestation case.

I'm feeling so bad for the family period.

Its just so sad that its going on.

Donna
Thanks for the well wishes. Actually I do feel a bit better. Spending alot of time in my chair, except for the exercises. I did cook up some cheesburger "turkey" helper and had some. Hopefully I'm on the upswing.

So sorry for your family struggles, what a terrible situation. Please remember to take care of you too.

OK, so last night I wet my panties cause I could not make it to the bathroom when I woke up at 5:00...today I have had a near miss or two. Seems all the water makes me have some bladder problems. Ha, some folks can't hold their liquor...me...I can't hold my water. Hee Hee! Ha, maybe instead of being plain frog I am a "pee Frog". froggie
