You know how I feel about chocolate.

I drink homemade ice tea by the gallon, 1/2 is green tea. I find the green too bitter on it's own.

Have fun at the open house.

Heart

i have been a good monkey. bought the hard chocolates. yummy. super low fat. i think the package said 1 g. i can suck on one for long time. way better than eating a pound bag of peanut m&ms in 2 minutes flat.

the green tea i bought has jasmine in it. yep ..it cuts the bitter.

made it in a big ole sun tea jar. texas sun..takes about 10 minutes.

Today was pt and I always drink the water there. And then I have water all the way around when I'm out doing my driving.

So not sure how much, but a drinking my water I did.

Then of course one diet coke too. But not bad that was all.

I had to get my allergy shots too.

You are always such a wealth of good info. I will have to look for hard chocolate and jasmine green tea tomorrow. I have to go back to the grocery store since I forgot the bananas today. And SO wants ice cream.

Not sure what you mean by hard chocolate. But I have dark chocolate because its good for blood pressure. And I have peanuts for my salads.

And of course I drink water, and water,
