Sorry I haven't been on participating. I just can't shake this terrible pain, weakness and sleepyness. I was actually having a pretty good year - eating healthier is so good for fibromyalgia and neuropathy or any health problem for that matter. Plus loosing weight is like wraping up your body with a great big bow - you can almost hear your heart saying, "Thank You"
 .Anyway, if I'm not around a lot in the next few days, I'm probably sleeping. (sigh) I am VERY bad at drinking liquids. I need to put signs all over my house to remind me but I have other signs reminding me of other things to do so now I need one reminding me to read the SIGNS! Just kidding but I AM really bad at drinking fluids so PLEASE remind me to drink up! Take care all - gotta go get some water  . . .Love, Nancy |
