How did you know, I was planning on making some applesauce brownies tonight. Gotta do it at night because it's too fracking hot during the day.

I did manage 3 laps around my complex today, but I waited until 8pm so as to limit the melting. Still felt like Frosty in the greenhouse.

i made carrot cake..yes from a box last night. used the applesauce instead of oil and 4 egg whites instead of the whole eggs. dumped in a can of crushed pineapple for the water.

yum. moist...and the pineapple added vit c. hehehe..so a healthy cake.

yeppers beth...i always use applesauce when making brownies and for most baking.

Yes, applesause is the way to go. I may have to try your carrot cake variation, sounds yummy.

I was a slacker and didn't make brownies last night. The nite meds just kicked in really quick. Maybe tonight after dart league. I always need to wind down afterwards.
