Default Wednesday Roll Call!

Okay I am not trusting my scale again! I know I have lost weight but according to my scale I have gained. What gives?
My clothes are fitting better and are loose. So what is the deal?
So from now on I am only going on how my clothes fit and that is it. Screw the scale! I'm not getting on that thing again.
Beyond that I am good. Busy but good.
Have a great day everyone.

Unhappy I'm with ya sister. . .

Who cares about that nasty old scale - go by sizes if you'd like. I have a couple of outfits. One is the size I am at right now - fits me perfectly. The other is my dream outfit. Hubby bought it for me and thought it would fit but does not, it needs another 15-20 lbs. to go. So that's my incentive outfit.

But, I do have to weigh in for WW and I do it every Sunday and then forget about it. Hey, Maybe that's why I'm not loosing more! Who knows???

WEll I quit trying to figure scales out a long time ago.

I've definately figured out I fit into things better. But the scales say I shouldn't.

But I have no clue what is up. I definately haven't lost weight according to my weight, but then I dont understand taht.

So I have a new saying, I am eating for my health not for my weight.
