I'm avoiding the heat outside. I walked 1-1/2 laps of complex, but it was too frackin hot. Another 5 days in the 90's, looks like my weekend will be an indoor one, for sure. Contemplating a workout dvd if I can muster the energy one day soon. The laundry is calling me and I'm pretending to not hear it.

I ate better today, but not drinking the water. Going to do better, I promise. I cooked today, so I have a pretty healthy batch of "goulash" to eat the next few days. I'm thinking of treating myself to a chipolte burrito bol as a reward for making the break from this damaging relationship. Maybe some applesause brownies.

What's everyone doing?

grandmoneky has gotten sick. not sure if it's fromt he combo of shots he got or just being exposed to more germs at school. but big time stuffed up and achey.

Thumbs up HI~

I blew my diet. I'm eating ice cream again. Its beautiful weather but has turned a little cooler. I'm planning on getting my winter clothes out tomorrow. Not all of them, but some. Our nights can be down right cold. Was in the fifties one night. I dread to see winter come. We should have several nice days yet tho.

Bear and I have been out to the park this afternoon. Have a good holiday!

Well. it's early Monday morning. Today we have to have some of our brand new floor tile replaced because it's stained. I spilled lemonaide (well the bottom of the container dropped out) on he new tile and it left a stain. Not even "the professionals" could get it out. So the tiles are coming up today and new ones going back down. What a mess!!! I hate that process so I'm up early ready for anything.

I'm still in a hell of place as far as pain in my feet goes. Yikes.

Love to all,
Nancy

Hi Curious
Nice pic. I may have to hang it on my mirror as motivation.

Took my before pic and freaked this weekend.

I've got a looong way to go. At least I am on the path. I started walking August 1st. So it's been one month and alot of personal drama in between.

Hope everyone has a peaceful holiday
