GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

For me, this is a real TGIF as it has bad, stressful week. Sorry that I haven'f been real active and perky but I've had a lot on my mind.

So, Friday couldn't have come faster for me. But I pulled thru and now here's the week-end!

Have a great Friday All!

Love,
Nancy

Sorry to hear Nancy that your week has been so bad. Today I have a food hangover. I dropped my lean cuisine lunch down the stairs at work so I ate crackers, cookies (100 calorie packs of course) and string cheese. Then when I got home I pigged out because I was so hungry. So now I have a headache like I stayed out last night and drank. Ugh!
Anyone have one of these?
I hope everyone has a great day!

C, are you doing the aloe detox thing, that was mentioned on PD?
or something different?
I think about trying a detox once in awhile but I'm kind of chicken

no..not that one.

it's a product that has live stuff in it. live alffafa...barley. it does have aloe.

i always take another product that is a daily cleanse. not like those colon cleanse stuff. this is also for liver, kidneys, lymph system and skin. i had not taken it for a month when we moved. some how a box of my supplements went to storage. so i am back on that doing more of a cleanse. taking more per day.

i think i will buy a jug of aloe juice.

i do feel so much better after i detox and cleanse. hehehehe...did it to my pantry too. no junk in there.

Red face

Last night I went to the store to buy some low calorie ice cream bars and had a 100 calorie klondike bar...it was very very good!
also stocked up on some diet tea in cans so easy to take with me the some diet pudding cups...had to get some things to munch on in the evenings. Need to drink a large glass of water before eating the sweet to see if I was just thirsty instead of hungry.
For dinner, I cooked an indian curry pork dish with apples and mango juice, made a chuttney for the pork chops, added some cayenne pepper for a kick.
Hubby really liked it as did I...
off to read a bit before bed.Was getting all worked up over things, like dishes ...need to just slow down....increased my geodon with my pdocs prior permission...
This weekend I am Going to make some gumbo this weekend for our friend whose husband is still in ICU from his stroke. He is getting better oh so slowly...he squeezed her hand the other day....progress.
If I can get up tomorrow morning am going to help some folks move ...The Frog festival is this weekend and we are going to be part of the racing...silly stuff!
than the art walk in the evening, always enjoy that. Need to plant my purple mums in my pots to go in the urns on the front porch...So it should be a busy weekend!
I hope that you all are able to enjoy your weekends and that if you suffer from pain that you find some relief.
