i just saw a McCormicks advertisement.
did you know those spices in rectangular tins are at least 15 years old? ( except black pepper ) or that jars with the green lids if the address on the back says "Baltimore, Md...yeppers...15 years old? here is link to their date de-coder to check how old you spices are. http://www.mccormick.com/content.cfm?ID=11985 <-----monkey tosses out tin of tumeric  ps...this site has some great recipes. low fat...low cal...low carb..low salt catagories http://www.mccormick.com/content.cfm?id=11621
