Has anyone tried WW Online? I am thinking about trying this out (have some weight to shed) and wondered how it was in comparison to the regular WW format? I am kinda shy and quiet so the online thing seems to fit my personality better

Nancy here on Weight Loss Support is the one you need to talk to. She belongs to WW online, and I think she likes it. Shes been in a lot of pain lately and may not be able to answer right away. I have been to the one that has meetings and lost 20 pounds once. It was in another town and hard to go to on a regular basis.

Hi Jamy;
Welcome to our group! We are here to help and have fun doing it! Most of us have other things going on with our health and we would like to loose weight to look better and feel better. I gained weight really fast from a medication (Lyrica) and that really bothered me so I joined Weight Watchers online in January (along with my husband). My husband's daughter got married the first week of August and we wanted to take off some weight for the wedding. We both lost 24 lbs. before the wedding then we took a rest for a while. Actually, we took a long vacation first, and then had the wedding so we both gained about 5 lbs. back so we are back at it. Anyway, we really like WW online and I think you will too. I have nothing bad to say about it at all and with your membership, you can go to a meeting anytime you want to but it sounds like that's what you are avoiding.
