http://www.fastfood.com/Nutrition/default.asp

here is a site with most of the fast food places. has a full list of what is is in each food.

the last article i read said that only taco bell, wendy's and kfc are totally trans fat free. others are not ADDING trans fats, but buying foods with trans fats already added.

Cool

Thank you for posting these links!
I jsut saw the calories for the whipped butter from wendys...140 calories for 2 pats....that I added to the baked potato which makes it equal to french fries....
I should just have a cup of chilli and a plain baked potato and dump the chilli on top of the potato. (the same amount of calories in a jr. whopper...
I have not been chosing salads at fast food places anymore, seems like not that much lettuce (50 calories)which doesn't have that many nutrients for such a small amount then you really get calories and high salt from the salad dressings. and leaves me hungry! chilli it is! better food choice than a burger.
I eat out all of the time.
today I had a sub way sandwich:
Ham, pepperjack cheese, spinach, purple onions, olives, cucumbers, tomatos, jalepenos and low fat sweet onion dressing.
about 400 calories...which I think is great! and very filling and lots of veggies!
