Wink

buckle down is easy.

lie down on the bed....it makes the tummy flatter...then grab that belt...pull tight..and buckle down a notch.

oh...don't expect to breathe all day.

Good morning, same same same around here. Eating too much of the wrong things. I am just grabbing something easy to eat and that is not always healthy.

I did something to my neck last week but not sure what set it off. I was at the emergency room Thursday morning and they filled me up with pain meds and muscle relaxers. Took X-rays and i see my doc this afternoon. I still can't turn my head more than about an inch or two in either direction so I am very limited in what I can do.

I think they are going to do trigger point injections because that is what I had planned before. I have never had them so I am not sure what I am up against but I will let you know later.

Good to see so many here today wish I had better news...Sue

Default It's a good Monday :-)

It was so fun to log on and see how many people have been on or are on today.

Wendy - don't do that again but if you do it again, have a couple for me. I can't have any anymore due to meds.
So glad you had fun.

Bye...
Nancy

Heart Hi Everyone~

I'm here, just nothing to write about. I went shopping this morning after having the oil changed in my car. Didn't get home till about 2:00 so had a late lunch and rested.

It is good so many are coming in and posting even when we don't have anything exciting going on. Sorry Sue about your neck. My cousin has been having the same thing. I haven't talked to her lately, so don't know if she got better or not. She didn't even want to drive! I know for sure she had it one week. I keep thinking, if that happen to me what would I do?

Group hug everyone. Stay strong!

Billie

Heart Hi Bizi~

No, it doesn't look like that picture in Indiana yet. Thats from an e-mail. I love Fall pic's tho. I get most of then from photo bucket. If it gets pretty here I'll send a pic. They say Fall won't last long because it's been to hot here and no frost.

Dorrie here...to report in on my dinner. I had ham, a bit of turkey, potatoes and corn. No gravies or anything however I did put a fair bit of margarine on the spuds and corn. Overall it was an OK meal....my Mom...the other diabetic in the family would have said I ate a bit too much but compared to what I have been consuming lately....it was perfect. Now the problem is....I crave a sweethow frustrating!! I am going to try real hard not to give in......I will let you all know how I do later!!!
