I think since they are boneless they are pretty much solid meat-
It should be enough esp with all the sides and dessert type stuff.

Bizi -

You get the award for the Most Courageous Chef. Not only have you never made one yourself, you've never eaten one! I think that is wonderfully adventurous! :-)

Also, 16 lbs. should be plenty - that's 2 lbs. per person and the turkey is boneless. Plus I assume you will go crazy making side dishes and desserts.
