Well the week starts over again. Luckily no crazy starts like last week.

nancy-h, we are going down to New Bern for several days and then on to Hatterass (in Oct. a person could blow a way! *grin) Since Mr.Alffe retired he just wants to go go go.

I must say that it is gorgous here in Indiana today..I was going to spend the afternoon making cereal snack but I have to get outside.

I enjoyed the beautiful weekend we had here in OR- but looks like now lots of wet and blechy for awhile.

After I read the forums each morning -
I make a vow to do 15 mins on the aerobic step, and do it every day
