Yes...that photo is Saffire!!! She is beautiful! The CAS will give her parents a certain amount of time to get it together....so far they have did nothing.....after that she will become a crown ward and then we can and will adopt her. I am not working anymore so I can dedicate all of my time to raising Saffire! They may have neglected er but we will make up for that tenfold!! We are all excited!!!
