Default Wednesday Roll Call

I fixed Mr.Alffe a big breakfast (at his request) and gee, it looked so good.
I'm still thinking about the Kashi Go Lean Crunch....

I love whole grain bagels but that's a big bagel...maybe I'll just have egg beaters and a banana.

I'm enjoying the "aftermath" of last nights debates.... boy will I be glad when this election is over!

I hope everyone can see the sun today and remember that it's behind the clouds sometimes.
