Heart Tuesday's Roll Call~

Let's rise and shine. It's wake up in the morning time. I gotta call in another hour and see if I am getting company today. My cousin and I plan to go antique shopping if she is up to it. Lots going on this week, then next week I am going on a small vacation to Branson, MO. with my friends. (for 3 days) At least its a chance to get away.

Hope this is a good day for everyone! Stay strong!
Hugs,
Billie

I decided to try having cereal in the morning , more fiber and grains.
The skipping breakfast thing is not working at all, plus I'll drink less coffee {w/ half n half+ sugar}
so a new thing for me to try.

has anyone tried the Northern Gold Granola cereal?
The one we like is a whole grain with Raspberry & Blueberry - mmm yummy.

I haven't seen that Jo. The last two mornings I have had a bowl of Kashi Crunch Light
with flax, almonds and honey and while it's very very filling....oh my..it really makes me gasy! I wonder if I'll get used to it.?

It took medication to get me to eat in the morning. I have to eat with my "appetizers", a colorful pile of pills, or I get sick to my stomach. Since Weight Watchers frowns on almost all cereals, I stick with my oatmeal, one they approve of. But it carries with it the potential of gas as well. Maybe we should try Beano, Alffe.

Jo - your countdown to Turkey Day is cute. It reminds me that I'd better make some plans!

Billie - my sis went to Branson and loved it. I guess it is the perfect place to get away. Sounds so fun. You sound so much better today - very perky.

We have workmen here installing a new heat pump. They are big in Nevada but I had never heard of them. They do both cooling and heat. Ours was slowly going out and was so loud it shook the house. (Not really but almost!) Anyway, it's loud work.

HAVE A WONDERFUL AFTERNOON/EVENING EVERYBODY.

Take care of yourselves;
Nancy

Nancy, heat pumps are quite popular in Georgia and a great way to heat and cool. We have had one for 15 years and we stay cool or warm and cozy, depending on the weather. froggie
