Default Just had gastric bypass

Hello,I just had the gastric bypass surgery and wouldn't do it again i ended up having to have more surgery cause they hit my spleen when they was in there i ended up 7 pints of blood later and 20 days in ICU and 3 in a room i made it home i'm still real weak have problems keeping the foods down i started out at 298lbs and i am now 230lbs so yes the weight does come off fast but it seems like its just taking forever to feel well. this doesn't happen to everyone i just thought i would share mine with you if you can just put yourself on a diet with help from your pcp would be your best bet even ask him to put you on high protein low carb diet you need proteins don't need carbs as much.

Sorry to hear, you've been threw to much. I guess, a person does suffer for the weight to come off like that. I haven't had it done and don't think I am interested either. Let us know how you are doing as time goes by.
