Just a quick check in...
Got down in the low 40's last night...maybe in the 30's...burr! I am jsut a whimp and that feels very cold in my book. Have a great day everyone. hope you are painfree and feeling content this morning. bizi

Well unfortunately in pain due to my sciatica. I called my pain doc but no call yet. I feel terrible so I am home from work today.
I can barely put pressure on my left leg...it sucks. I tried to get an appointment to see my pain doc but it seems the office is closed today so its a self care day. UGH!

epson salt in the bath will help with muscle aches and soreness. and don't forget the candles and soft music. stress is working in a weird way for me. i'm losing weight. that is not my norm. with buckets of halloween candy in the house!
