let's get moving. how is everyone doing on losing a pound or 2 this week? still have today, saturday and sunday.

Saw the turkey and thought Billie was back! I'm still enjoying your suggestion Curious of yogurt w/my Kashi and blueberries. Frozen blue berries just aren't as good as fresh ones but I guess they are still good for you.

I don't own a scale.....THANK GOD! But I am trying to be good and am drinking lots of water.
