Greetings!

Happy thursday to all....
I had the last small slice of pecan pie last night....it was so good and satisfying....jsut a one inch slice...that was it. I usually have a 3-4 inch slice over doing it. I never bake pies unles it is a holiday...my will power is not good and I over eat....yesterday I bought some rolls for dinner...never buy rolls...garlic bread sounded good...so were the pork chops with sweet red peppers and sundried tomatos...and a glass of reisling....lol quite nice...bizi

# 7 is my downfall !!
I CRAVE certain tastes/textures - salt, sweet, creamy usually. I do better resisting those when I take my vitamins regularly but just have not gotten in sync with doing that.

Well I get a yes for all except 4 and 8
and 6 is sometimes. so I am 5 out of 8 And yeah, I think that 7 is the key. They teach 7 to people with eating disorders and such. 1 is interesting and something I had never thought of before. 'Need to think about this some I guess. |

For me #2! I have never in my life craved a carrot stick. Chocolate covered carrot stick maybe Good list though and I can relate to all of them...Sue
