ok chicky-pooh's...time to get a shakin' those pounds off. turn on some good ole hip swiveling toe tapping music today.
chubby checker..now that was a fun guy. had the right idea. or how about this guy? or this one? now these ones got it together. i think i see bizi! cute dress bizi. water time. i'm going to be putting up some exercises this week. i swear i will give better directions. my bad. water time and do your 100 steps!!

I have on really tight jeans today and that is motivating me to put on my sweats and get on the treadmill....am always a little leary on Monday morning as I've read that more heart attacks happen on Monday but am thinking right now is better than after a big lunch.

keep those tight jeans on woman. they will keep you motivated all day. not to mention you won't be able to sit down.
maybe mr alffe would do some dancing with you...before the hot tub.
