Thanks for coming in and posting, Karen and Jan. We need you both! Anytime you need support please let us know. None of us is smiling all the time for me it'sa rainy & glumy day here & even need the lights on in the house. Think I'll put some music on and try to get something done.

My side is hurting tho when I get up, hope it's not this hernia. Thirteen says to go till surgery repair day. Then can start all over again being careful and all. I should be ready to go into my new home about then. Want to come and help?

Gaye we need a cheer or if not an old one then will do.
Hug to all that fellow and the speedy ones too!

Default Medifast and other tidbits...

Mrs. Q. - My husband used the Medifast program and at 500 calories a day, the weight just fell off. He hated every minute of it, couldn't wait until it was over. At that time, it required a physical and the sign off of a doctor, and then weekly weigh ins and blood pressure taken - they made sure that physically you could handle it. That was 15 yrs. ago. Now he frets about his weight over a bowl of good ice cream. Billie - you and my hubby could go out to the ice cream parlour anytime. Be sure to bring me back some - something with chocolate fudge!

Oh I have been real good. Sitting in a dentist chair for 2 hours getting a root canal will do wonders for squelching your appetite. Half my face is still numb but you know what??? It feels good ha ha...Sue

Unhappy I need a good day~

This has been a bad day for me. My pain in the side is still hurting and if I get up it is worse. Then I found out my furnace has quit on me. I called the guy that fixes them and he isn't answering their phone. I'll have to see if I can run him down tomorrow. It has rained today, so it is getting colder outside. I just knew this would happen. Wors e yet, my husband could of fixed it. It goes off every year, usually when it's real cold outside. At least I got that in my favior. I hope our space heater is working for I'll use it in the bathroom then go to bed.

Sure wish this pain would let up, I could work to forget these troubles. I think I'll check the other sites and take a bath. See you tomorrow.
Hugs,
Fancy
