Default Seriously, Sunday Roll Call

Hi all,

I hope I didn't offend anyone with my joke. I am here up again in the middle of the night with acid reflux because I cannot seem to stay away from the wrong foods or eating late. My head hasn't felt right since I fell and plan to call the doc Monday. I hope everyone is doing good. I feel bad that I'm a computer chair potato lately and not getting any physical ativity in. Too bad I wasn't closer to the gym.

good morning Barbara, I hope you finally got some zzzz's!

On struggling to rise this morning, feeling like a beached whale...and glancing around for someone to blame besides myself..I thought about the reasons why I'm having trouble reaching over my tummy to put my socks on.

It's the Butter Belle....since buying this we have been eating waaaaaaaaaaaay too much butter. And it's the bread...big bagels that I slather with the soft butter that sits in the Butter Belle at room temperature so you can easily spread it.

So I am determined to begin yet again, a new diet...starting right after Christmas...not even going to wait until New Years. Any left over Chocolate Charlie will be thrown out, along with the choc. covered pretzels..cereal snack..cookies.

I hope Santa will bring me a scale.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Hi Alffe,

I didn't get much rest but some. I need to get serious about a diet too as it is affecting my health. I love butter also and put way too much on my food. Scales will help give you another incentive I think. It did me at 1st. I'm crossing my fingers that you get scales.

Heart Hi Alffe~

Merry Christmas Alffe! Yes, the wind has been strong the last couple of days with snow flurries. I call it bone chilling. You aren't to far from me at Bloomington. I do live closer to Terre Haute tho.

hugs, Billie

Hi All, just got back from shopping, I am officially done now! Yippee

Barbara, I thought your joke was funny and it didn't offend me. How are you doing these days? I have been thinking of you.

Billie, I hope you start to feel better soon.

Alffe, whats a butter bell? I have been telling the family that once Christmas is over no more sweets, especially chocolate.

Hi Gaye, I want pics of you on the pink pig I was reading about.

To everyone else, Merry Christmas and may your travels be safe...Sue

scrooge.

hehehe.

pack up all the leftover treats and donate them to your local police or firestation. i bet they would enjoy a nice basket of goodies. on dec 26....no reason to keep them around.

then time to start on the fresh fruits and veggies.
