we just need to really hold eachother accountable this year. keep our attidudes high and encouraging when one of us faultering. we need to know that others are keeping track. but we can do this! 1/4 lb....1/2 lb at a time.

we WILL do it!!

everytime you don't eat that candy...rejoyce and feel proud of yourself. each hour you stick to yor goals...feel proud. keep taking those baby steps.

Funny thing happened with my morning coffee. Don always makes my coffee for me and he forgot to put the pot under the coffee maker. Hee, hee, coffee all over the place. I loved it...just too too funny! Started the day off on a great laugh!

OK another funny to coffee pot story. Don dropped the broken coffee pot out of the trash can this afternoon! He sure has some kind of "thing" against the old pot! LOL

Default I Looooove This Place!

I wish I could put my arms around everybody for one huge Group Hug. Ohhhhh, my arms are getting super long and I can imagine all your smiling faces, and here we go now - one, two, three - HUGS!!!!!

THAT WAS SUPER NICE

I'm sure you all have noticed that I am not on as much as I used to be. That's because good things are happening to me. I did very well in my trial for a Spinal Cord Stimulator and am just waiting to get in for surgery. After that, I expect to have less pain and a BETTER LIFE! So I've been busy with all the prep work for that surgery, like mandatory counseling. And, hubby and I have been busy with adding our own touches to an otherwise "blah" new tract home. We don't do any of the work, we are unable to. But the planning and the buying and getting our help here to work takes lots out of us.

And then, of course, there are those days that I just feel like one, big ball of hurts and I have no other choice but to head for bed. But I am trying harder to get up and stay up and that has been good for me.

My changes for the New Year are simple: Loose 15-20 lbs.; Spend more time excercising to the point that I can. ; Spend more time on NeuroTalk. And...this is BIG;
LOVE MY FIRST GRANDCHILD WITH ALL MY HEART!!!

That's right - I'm going to be a grandmother for the first time, (FINALLY) in early August. And, after the birth, the little family plans to move down our way, to Vegas, where mommy will go to Dental School.

Well, I've taken up too much space, as usual, but this was a GREAT idea and should be followed up on. Good attitudes will help us loose those lbs. and even the smallest loss calls for a celebration!

HAPPY NEW YEAR - LOOKING FORWARD TO A GREAT '08
