Smile Ulifting, Encouragement Thread...

each day about something.... good happening to us , that made us smile or laugh, an uplifting picture or cartoon. To give each of us a lift and a smile or good thought for the day.
As you all know, I tend to whine alot, I'm seeing the need to practice smiling more and think uplifting thoughts. Maybe you would like to join me.
Weight loss needs some encouragement and positive thinking.
Care to join me? Gaye
