Curious, you are too cute and so pretty! Now that is just what a "lil monkey" would be like.

Thanks for the pic Curious. You don't need to loose any weight! I have gained agan. Its that dang hard candy I got so cheap. I felt better this afternoon and helped Mark cut & pick up limb's in the yard. It's been raining, so I suppose it will make me puny agan.

I'm in slow mo today too..
We cleaned out ashes from the wood stove and found cracked bricks inside, so hubby sent me to get replacements, I had to get some groceries too.
got oranges, bananas, salmon {already cooked and ate that mmm}
pomegranate juice, etc..

one of the books for weight loss is based on high nutrient dense foods, and foods that fight cellular inflammation I'm just getting into the bones of it now.
it's this one- http://www.fatresistancediet.com/cha...eight-loss.htm

Wow, that pomegranate 100% juice is pretty good , I never had it before.
The book says pomegranate, cranberry & blueberry
{the 100% juice w/no added sugar} are good for us in so many ways.
you can even dilute them a bit with water- they still have plenty of flavor & you get more fluids that way too.

Default What a great picture, Curious!

I agree with Billie, Curious, you look great! But I also understand what it's like to be tiny all your life until something triggers your fat cells to puff up like a blow fish! (Do blow fish puff up?)

Anyway, it sounds like everyone made it to the New Year. Looking forward to it!
