Lots of thunder all night and it continues to rain. My head is buzzy and my ears are plugged. TMI I know. *grin

Good morning Alfee and everybody else that checks in today.
Poor ears Alfee.

I am sick still but am on my eating plan and feeling so good about it. I feel like I have taken some of the power over myself back, instead of letting my emotion and pain control me. I pray I can keep it up...will go one step, one day at a time.

Heart helloooo~ anybody there?
These are my cats. I caught them napping together this afternoon. I thought I'd share this with you. Meet Tommie and Rusty. Tommie is always getting into everything and batting it off the coffee table, & bar. I think he batted my Wedding Ring into the waste basket, for I have never found it. He's the one with white on him. Doesn't Gaye look happy in this pic & little Zoe?

Hey Bizi, I have had my hair red, when we lived in Texas. It wasn't bright red tho. People back here have never seen it that way. I have a picture, but have no idea where it is.

love the kitties and Gaye's pics
we had 4" of heavy wet snow this morning- 4 of my shrubs are all bent over on the ground- so I had to go our and try to knock the snow off. After the snow goes away I can put a rope on them and hopefully they will recover.

Have you ever gotten the heavy wet snow and then it rains on top of it? The snow soaks up the rain like a sponge so when you walk in it your feet & shoes/boots get soaked?
and slippery too!

Oh yes, Jo. We get lots of rains with snow. That makes a good snowman! I always took a broom and knocked it off. Please keep the snow up there!
