Default "diet" food?

Here's a few clues:
eat more often
eat less per meal
eat more complex carbs
eat high quality low fat proteins
turn off the TV and go for a walk

The above has been proven to work for every single person who has done that. No "diet" other than the "weight watchers" plan has been shown to hold any long term potential at all, and few if any of the rest of the 31 "diet" plans study by the UC folks were shown to have any helth benifits what-so-ever short mid or long term.

Diet is what makes you who you are, not what you do.

Nutrition Info
Servings Per Recipe: 6
Amount Per Serving
Calories: 433
Total Fat: 41.1g <<<< That's 370 calories
Cholesterol: 38mg
Sodium: 787mg
Total Carbs: 5.6g <<< That's 22.5 calories
Dietary Fiber: 1.7g
Protein: 14.8g <<< That's 57.25 calories

"Low Carb" high fat high protein "diets" are going to get you nowhere.

Less fat, more complex unrefined carbs and high quality proteins, and walk or swim or do something is the only way to lose weight permanently.

It would be much better served by changing the dietary regimen, and eschewing "diets" they don't often work and when they do it's NEVER for long, oh yeah, and go for a walk every day.....

And besides, "low carb" doesn't work, nutritionally.

And when you just can't do the moving thanks to the health.

Eat the smaller meals is what I've been told. And drink even
more liquids.

Years ago I lost 25 pounds on WW and DH lost 35 pounds. We are lifetime members and we are big believers.

Ever since WW, I pay attention to following: the calorie count, fiber count and fat count/content of my foods. I do my best to eat healthy, wholesome foods, to drink plenty of water, to get in adequate fruits and vegetables and to exercise regularly. I am mindful of my food intake and of just about everything else going on around me.

On my own, I have explored the benefits of supplementation and take a variety of different supplements.

Obviously, losing weight and maintaining the loss is not the easiest thing in the world. WW has a good system of support and I was in need of that support and appreciative of it.

I have maintained my weight loss and it has all paid off.

We recommend the program frequently!

Thumbs up

I am trying my best to exercise more. In the winter that is hard for me to do as I hate cold weather.
