Good Mornin, I am on my way shopping for we are getting another snow for 2 days, then two zero days, and then 2 more snow days. I will have cabin fever for sure and need junk food for comfort.

Good morning bizi.  I fell off my plan last night, not real bad, enough though, to set my lo-carb plan off. That was yesterday and this is TODAY. Will start over.  I had scrambled eggs with onion...the kind that has green and a little bulb(sory brain will not tell me the word for the onion) along with some cheese. It was good. For lunch, salmon salad. Dinner (here in the south we eat supper), will be homemade veggie soup again. Made a big batch, have to finish the rest tonight. There is ice cream in the frig and I have NO DESIRE to eat it! WOW, what a great feeling, hope it lasts. Have GOT to get the bad carbs out though. Crackers are a dangerous thing to have in the house. Bread I can pass up, now crackers are another story. I made it back home safe and sound. Gaye, those onions are called green onions.LOL! They sound good. I went antique hunting but came home with nothing there. Went to the Goodwill and got the "good jeans" & a shirt to match. Got a bunch of groceries & ice cream (Blue Bunny) kind, with no sugar & low fat.
 Gaye, I did notice along with our 37 degrees temp., YOU only have 40 & freezing rain coming. "Sorry Hon". Please don't blame me. I only send rain your way. I don't like it either. Sorry Bizi about your rain too.

There is some white stuff falling from the sky! UGH..means I can't go outside if it sticks, it makes my ramp to slippery.
Billie that is so funny about the green onions...I thought there was another name for them.
