my niece, sil and my niece's BF came for a visit yesterday. they helped me with several things. what a crew. but i was sooo tired i fell asleep in my chair about 1600 and woke up at 2030. i thought my stamina was bad with my MS. i can hardly do a thing without going to bed.

tomorrow is my massage and i'm going! even if i have to drag myself behind my car! but that'll be it.

fri is dr appt. then nothing til next wk. it's about 100 degrees here right now so best not to go out anyway.
