Whoopsie! Sorry, dear Judy, that was meant for DM.

How are you this day? Wasn't this an in/lay low day for you? Hmmmmm?

Hey Judy~
(AMN started it) I was just minding my own business, as usual.

Anyway, glad you are getting things lined up and that your appt went well. I agree, you basically have to do a balancing act w/having surgery and taking care of the MS, as well .

You have proven to us that you are a strong lady and I'm immensely proud of ya.

Wow, that's some heat your'e having there. We are ''warm'' here too, but the humidity is less today, so that makes it feel almost bearable in the shade.

I'll bet those little weenie dogs are cute~ Mine sure are spoiled and they tend to make up to kind people, so it's not a surprise that they love your lap.

Hope you were able to relax and have a cool AC inside day. Take care Judy~wudy and thanks for all the updates. We all care so much about you.

HMHY

*repeating ...AMN started it* Hey Cin!!

yes, today was a relaxing in day.
i finally was able to sleep during my nap. by 1400 my body is like clockwork.
got to lay down.

pain is there but better. don't have to wear the bra 24/7 anymore. gets to be bothersome at nite. so that feels good.

it was 104 here yesterday. i havn't watched the news today but i think mon it's supposed to "cool" down to 92.

i don't think i'm going out tomorrow either but will run a few errands on mon.
don't have an appt til wed/thurs. now i'm glad i pushed to do all that extra stuff before the surgery so this month looks pretty clear.

have a nice sunday you all's.

Hey Judy, glad to hear you are doing pretty good....dont push though..on outings....glad you did get many things done ahead..what a good idea....

I just did 15min ofyoga with my daughter age 13, I used to do yoga quite often....and it feels good..cause with water and a fan, I dont get overheated much...and it works the muscles but very relaxing too....

we only did 15min cause I didnt want to push body since been a long time since doing...but with my daughter interested in doing it often, (cause she isnt very flexible...tight legs...dr even mentioned exerciseing them and stretches..so the yoga will be good) so together with a partner it will be easier to do often yeahhhhhh

luv ya and hugssssssssss, keep up the good recovery...I head out friday to florida for two weeks...hoping to do ok in hte heat and humidity..inlaws house is A/C..so hangin in there or the pool most times....if anybody does hit a park or outdoor thing...I might forgo and stay in the pool...relax....

hugss to all, sarah

Hi there Judy!

I'm back from my little break away and wanted you to know that I was thinking of you while I was away.

I'm so pleased this crowd kept you in line and that you're getting some rest.

Big but gentle, hugs coming your way from me.....

Hey Judy! Good to hear your feeling better each day! Stay cool in that weather. I never thought of your area as being hot. Whew! I wont complain about the weather here anymore. *crossing fingers*
