i did decide to call the dr and he's out of town.
he'll get the message monday.
i asked if we could revisit my muscle pain issues. maybe even see the pain specialist. we'll see.

dropped 1 1/2 lbs.
i've really been watching my calories the past few days.

i've been in a lot of pain today but forced myself to get dressed and out of the house. i ran some errands and got hungry. stopped at the Japanese place and had the chicken teriyaki with a salad. had a bit of rice but left most of it.

then came home and redid my closet, again.
reorganized stuff and put away anything long sleeved. i think summer has arrived.

i caved and took 2 percoset. maybe i'll be able to fall asleep tonite.
i got up at 0500 cause i couldn't stay in bed. this pain is affecting everything.
my drs want me to stay more active and exercise more. if they could find a way to control my muscles i know i could.

weight stable. had a good day today. hoping to lose more this wk/e.
got my walking in too.

tomorrow & monday i'm in. tues, wed, thurs i'm out. i want to keep throwing things out and plan to go thru more stuff tomorrow.

DM. how is your hip.
AMN, er MT. how are you doing?

Hey all, sorry I haven't checked in. It's been busy in the house this weekend. I have my mom's bedroom almost finished, just need the furniture and mattress now.

Weight is stable but I may need to get up at 5am to mow the yard these days. Chris keeps doing it before I can. He's trying to lose weight too so we are fighting over who mows. lol Never thought that would happen. Ha!

Judy, hope you feel better soon.

Mom is coming in on the 3rd of July. I was teasing her today for telling my cousin that I would take over her life. I assured her that I, in no way want to take over another life. lol She's my mother and can make decisions on her own, we will just guide or get her there.

I didn't relax too much today. I cleaned the basement. 11 bags of garbage later and I am almost done.

Hi all, busy weekend, but fun and well worth the sapping of my energy. I've been eating well and the muffin top is getting back under control, clothes fit better and can fit a little looser still. I hope to have shed my winter coat by next week!

Sandy, sometimes I read your days and wonder, "how can she do that!?!", lol and suddenly remember that I was the same way once upon a time. I can relate to your mom's fear of being under someone else's roof. It's pretty irrational, but having been in her shoes I can tell you that loss of freedom is a horrible fear (even when it's unfounded). She'll find her pace eventually, you're doing a good thing and she knows it deep down.

I don't know Judy, it's pretty hot where you are. Let me think on it OK? lol

Cindy, I have no doubt you were the same way. I have a sickness and it's called No Junk Syndrome. There is no cure.

Thanks for the advice on Mom. Do you have a direct line 24/7 when she gets here?
