Judy-
That's so awesome to be off almost all your meds! What an accomplishment. DH and I have been working hard since Oct/Nov. He has about 60# to lose total. I have about the same (we'll see how I feel when I get close)

As of today, I'm down 18 pounds. All I'm doing is walking and eating well. I feel bad for DH because I lose faster than him, but he's working much harder at it (running 3-4 miles/day). I've asked him to start back up with his food log because I think he's eating more than he realizes. I'm making him lunch and dinner every day and I think he's sticking with it, but there's got to be something somewhere that's slowing him down. I did read that beta blockers can slow your metabolism quite a bit, so I'm sure that's not helping him. I hope we can figure it out soon so he doesn't get discouraged.
