I would like to lose 10-15 lbs right now. I am at my max weight for my height. No teasing, I am serious. My cholesterol is high, trigs high, borderline sugars. Then last doctor appointment? He tells me my liver enzymes are high! UGH You get the picture.

Now, I bought a treadmill last year and an eliptical this year. I swear they will not become clothes hangers!

Today I ate a lunchable. I know, but I only ate the crackers and meat and sipped the juice. No candy, no junk thus far. That is good for me. Objectives are being met.

Thanks Judy for allowing so many of us to travel in your journey.
