oh, you guys, i'm messed up today.
i fell asleep in my chair last nite and woke up at 0400. plus i ate almost a whole box of cherrios. i think that's all. i gained 4 lbs but i think it's a fluke and i'll lose tomorrow. i walked just now. i'm so tired i can hardly think straight. i went to take my vits and Ca, which i did. but horrors, i also swallowed my sleep meds for tonite. now i have to go to bed. God knows when i'll wake up. did i say i'm a mess. i'll get coherent tomorrow and get my skinny butt in gear. sorry.
