well, thought i'd come over here and con't with my inspiration alley update.
that is, my eating and walking thread and my progress. i had lost 40 lbs but alas, gained 10 back. i've been super struggling to lose that. if you guys can keep up with the math it will be a miracle. anyone that can will be THE ANIMAL i've been doing this for over a year but this has been my battle all my life. well, i was normal as a newborn but after that... i'm independent and drive but my legs have gone downhill. so i started walking on my dreadmill. i started at 2 minutes and i've found out that 8 minutes is my limit. so that's what i do everyday. i put a fun sticker on my calendar for each day i walk and so it goes. i dropped 2 lbs a few days ago and i'm stable as of this am. i weigh everyday. i still have to walk and promise i will. anyone who wants inspiration jump on board. BUT... NO talk of bad foods AT ALL. too hard for me to keep my strength. thanks all. see you in the alley. |
