Thank you all for the welcome. I have been really busy and having trouble scannig across the text on the computer, plus typing has been a mess.

Today is better. I am truely sorry for everyone's aliments. It's like things are finally going good and then slam! Then we start all over again. Ii have learned we are a tough bunch!

I see a naturopathic doc, besides the usual suspects. I believe in complimentary medicine. Anyway, he just put me a cleansing diet. I cannot tell you all how much better I feel! I haven't taken Amantadine for a week and I have more energy and positive attuide than in years! (Lost 3 pounds too!)

Almost no sugar, no bread, eggs, dairy, or simulants. (Okay I cheat with a little decaf and milk, got to keep it real)

It is a two to three week committment, but sooo worth it.

Next post will be a bit about moi!
