Cool Wednesday Check in~

Rise and shine, its wake up time. Gaye, do you ever go to bed? You seem to be posting all hours of the day and night. I watched a movie late last night and I can sure tell it this morning. I got to get something done today. Its only 8 degrees here this morning. I'm saying that for Alffe's sake, so she can get a smile from it.
I hope everyone has a good day!

Hugs,
Billie

Slept really well! Yeah! We bet you with the temp...-1...not that it's a competition or anything!

Going to my friends, who is a nurse, to learn how to manual inject my Copx, since I have ugly reactions perhaps due to the quick injection rate with the auto jet.

Sill waiting for my new corpus callosum so i can type again. Brain co syas there' s a back log...ha,, ha!

have a great day!

Hi Everyone,

Welcome Sarah and nice to meet you Anne.

I went to the food bank today as since my ex died and I no longer get alimony I'm in a bind. I got some kind of good mixed salad but not much good else. I guess though I should be very grateful.

Welcome Sarah & Anne. We are having a time trying to lose here. I keep getting into something I shouldn't eat. I have started riding my stationary bike yesterday. Had spasms all night! I got to get moving or it will never come off. The weather don't seem to warm up and stay that way.

Befuddled, I am shocked that you can no longer draw from your ex spouse. If I couldn't draw from my husband, I would be up a creek without a paddle. In my condition and age I sure couldn't work. Are you sure you can't get it? I thought all you had to do was be married to him 10 years.

WELCOME SARA AND ANNELEE!

No Billie, sleeping is so painful and with my melt downs I am having a time of it. ugh! Don suggested I start wearing my bra...quit due to all the thoracic pain, a while back. He says boobs are too heavy on my chest he thinks. Hmmmm, well the "ole guy" was sooooo right. been wearing it for two days, sleeping in it too and I do think it helps some.

Barbara, I wish a great change of circumstances for you. Hang on, it has to get better.

Alfee, South Beach is the only plan that works everytime for me. I love the plan and kinda follow it in my own way. Never failed me yet....IF I could just stay on it long enough to lose.

Grandaughter is here today and spent last night...that is very nice!

Billie, I was only married for 6 years and I'm sure I cannot get it.

Default Hello All!

Welcome Sarah and Anne - we are glad to have you here! I'm Nancy and although I try, I cannot seem to check in every day but these gals are very much a part of my life. If my dear husband would stop his remodeling projects, I'd have more time online and less time cleaning up messes. I hope to see you both here as I know you will really enjoy the group .

Billie - love your little jogger lady. I wish I could jog. I've been doing some arm and torso excercising and one of these days I will be brave enough to weigh in! If it were up to me, our scale would be in the garbage.

Befuddled2 - So sorry about your problem, my thoughts are with you.

Gaye - Not surprising your husband thought the bra would help. Men think about those all the time - tee hee. Naughty me. Darn, I wish you would start feeling better!

Alffe - I love the Camelbacks, too! Someday I'd like to drive into them and see it all up close.

Once again, welcome Sarah and Anne.

See u later,
Nancy-H
