Thanks, hon', and welcome to our li'l family! I'm okay now. As everyone has been saying, J seems to have issues of her own that are not my prob, so I'll go in Friday as if it didn't happen and go from there. I was bullied and taunted all through school (because of my neuro condition), and I worked very hard at toughening my skin. After a near-death experience in college with a med reaction, I decided it didn't matter what people thought of me. I had to fight the (hydro) fight for the rest of my life. I was sure the weight issue was one I'd never be able to get on top of. I had 160 lbs to lose when I joined WW in August last year, and more than half of it's GONE!! A stupid li'l thing like this incident at my meeting won't stop that. I have some people to thank for coming to my defense, but beyond that, it will ultimately be forgotten.

I saw your intro post and wanted to, first off, send some (((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))). You are going through some crap of your own, too. I'm so sorry. I don't have emotional eating to grapple with, thankfully, but the best advice I can give is to re-direct yourself. Go for a walk, call someone (ME! I'll PM my # to you), or visit a friend. You can overcome this, hon'. Just hang in, and know we're all here for you.
