Good afternoon everyone, I just got home from church. Was hoping someone else would start this thread. I hope all is feeling cheerful today. The sun is shining here and its a whole lot warmer than it has been. Lets start the week out being careful what we put up to our mouth today. I'm going to have a low cal tv dinner and later an orange.

I had Select Grains w/oatmeal & yogurt for breakfast, leftover spaghetti for lunch. So far, I'm ok. Today will not be a scale day for me. Once a week is enough. 40 lbs. (2 holiday turkeys) is my goal.
With mobility issues, this won't be easy. That may be part of the problem. I eat well, but don't move well, therefore not burning calories the way I used to. Just a work in progress . Take care all

Had a 3 hour lunch with my neighbor friend...hubby was gone for the weekend be back tonight....should go to the store to fix something for supper.
at least have something on hand that is. Bizi

I have done real good on my diet today. Had thin sliced ham for supper, & no bread. I still haven't eaten my orange. I just gotta lose some before I see my Dr. in Feb. for an A1c. We have had Thanksgiving and Christmas since my last one, & I have eaten everything that wasn't nailed down. I MAY BE IN TROUBLE! lol
