it's really not so bad. are you using the book..or buying the frozen meals? what about just trying to convert some of your own recipes? if it was just me..and didn't have to cook for other people, then eating package stuff would work. i love my own cooking..but .... what as really helped me is using my measure cups ALWAYS to measure out my portions. making sure i do eat a few healthy snacks. i eat less at meal time. and i have stuck with no night time tv snacks. THAT is hard. i miss my popcorn.

Strictly by the book...and someone is drinking red wine in front of me and tonight he wants popcorn! Not buying meals. I couldn't stand not to cook!
There's a cauliflower "mashed potatoe" recipe in the book that doesn't look too bad...maybe tomorrow...so cross and crabby...so necessary...serves me right.

you can still season like you like..just not added salt.
you know me and cooking. hard to not...but easier to not even think about food. i love to read cookbooks like novels. i made mashed cauliflower. it really is pretty good. just watch the liqued. you don't always need as much as it says or you end up with soup. i have a hard time having the food inthehouse that i shouldn't eat. any other time, i don't even think aboutit being there. if i tell myself i am on a diet and cant' have it..it's all i think about. like certain chocolate pretzels....

I still have not stepped on the scale.
I love to cook, bake and experiment with recipes. I've been eating Weight Watchers lunch and dinner. Taste ok, but not mine It's almost 8pm, no snacks at all. I'm hungry. This is not easy!!!!! Red Wine, popcorn, how cruel!!!!
