speaking of lunch I had a delicious crab salad with blue cheese and LOTS of romaine lettuce..a few cherry tomatos. Just got off the treadmill and did
one and 1/2 miles in 30 mins. That's better than yesterday. ~sigh

and soon I can have 1 celery stalk stuffed with laughing cow low fat cheese.

I did make sugar free jello which isn't hard yet...wonder what that tastes like

I'm going to do it. I really am going to try again to go all the way on the lo-carb. I am now feeling like Moose...I am very very mad at myself. Not today to late and so much wrong foods in the house. Will slowly work to get the frig stocked with veggies. Got protein already.
Been missing y'all and if I stay here I HAVE TO LOSE! Also can not take the amount of p--n I am in. Weight loss wont stop it altogether...yet it will go a long way toward being able to stand up and walk again.

Alffe, sugar free Jello is good. It actually tastes sweeter than the sugar kind to me.

Great to see you post Gaye..you know you're the reason I picked this diet...cause you said it works. *grin You didn't tell me it would make me crabby...(Mr.Alffe calls it something else. ) I have a fridge full of veggies and a freezer full of chicken and fish.

Tell our Billie to get her fanny back in here!

Ok Alfee was my lunch inspiration. Brown rice with chicken and veggies and fruit. Not ready for the treadmill yet though

Welllllllllllllllll now you know, that I KNOW, how well it works...just can't seem to make what I know, and what I do, meet in the middle! LOL Try eating more protein and slap some mustard on boiled eggs or some onions on scrambled. Ummmmm! Since I seem to be an advocate of this plan I better use it! In the past I lost 40 lbs without even exercising...course I might have used some words that would not be polite at times...due to craving some other things...especially what Curious likes to eat.
The good part of this plan is it does not takle very long before the craving really does stop and the losing becomes fun. The best part for me is when my bloated face starts getting not so bloated. Worst is the chest, that at my age especially, starts to hang like spagetti(spell?). Trying to get the chest into a bra is even more fun. froggie

LOLOL...you doll you...I actually got a mental picture and laughed out loud.
What I am liking are the recipes cause I love to cook...that vermouth, soy sauce, garlic, grn onion and ginger for the orange roughy was dang good!

I'm not past the craving part yet and someone tell Shelley that brown rice is nasty! Nasty I say! What did you do with it to make it edible?
