LOL...well I love Jasmine rice but it's a no no as is sugar free hot choc. Later on...somewhere down the line...perhaps in Phase two of this diet something carb will come along.

I thought Brown rice was good for you? I like the Trader Joes microwaveable kind. Isn't Brown rice full of b vitamins? It tasted ok. |

You never listen to me! LOL...you are the sweet freak around here..I am the carb freak....I want bread slathered with real butter, not something called Promise....I want a baked potato with butter AND sour cream....I want a piece of cherry pie..a warm piece! Under some ice cream.
Now look what you've gone and done!

Oh no! Help Help somebody help me pull back Alffe from the edge of carbs!
Phew Sorry, you are right I am the sweet freak...candy hearts and just cant wait for that easter candy to come out. Then there is choccy and ice cream and candy candy candy! I need to change though otherwise I will end up in a bad place. Ok (have notepad in hand) now whats this diet? |

mole' sauce.
hehehe alffe is doing the south beach diet. yes I AM eating chocolate everyday. i bought the cocoa via chocolate covered raisins at the 99c store. a box of 5 bags. heart healthy.
