You guys are something else.

I'm not on a very good diet at all.

But for some reason most of the things I'm eating are.

Oatmeal, with granola in it. Little brown sugar and 2% milk

Chicken Noodle soup
Chicken & Dumplins
Macoroni and Cheese

Salad with dressing / low cal.

100 calorie snacks 3 a day at the most

And I have about 4 things I can eat at eat out places.

Biscuit for Breakfast, if I'm late, hashbrown.
Pita cheese pizza

Once every two weeks I will break down for a cheese burger somewhere,
if I just have to have one.

I am going to have to locate some more frozen meals soon, my appetite
is picking up.

But I lost what looks like 3 more lbs.

But I also found out what is causing my weight gain. I have fibromyalgia.

GOOD EVENING EVERYONE!! I did end up getting back on the scale and as I predicted...I gained all of my weight back!!! Was I ticked to see that...but not really suprised. I am having a really hard time getting into the "mode" to get myself together and get my weight and my diabetes under control!! I wish someone could wave a magic wand and make me have and keep the umph in me permanently!! Chasing Saffire around helps and I am going all day but it just is not coming off for me!! I suppose the intake of calories is outweighing the output of exercise!!! I think I will slip in a little Richard Simmons....Sweating to the Oldies tomorrow...Saffy loves to dance....me and the 1 year old can get fit together!! Yah! Thats the ticket!! She can be my inspiration!!! I am sure that once she starts walking I will be taking up jogging(after her!) I once lost 50 pounds Sweating to the oldies combined with a very low fat diet.....I should dig out a photo to put on my fridge! I need to be serious to do that otherwize I am very nasty to the thin chick in the photo...those were the days....I felt so sexy back then. Now I feel like an old round grama!! Please...could one of you put a spell on me so that I will wake up in the morning motivated.
That would be lovely, Thanks!!! Have a lovely evening everyoneDorrie

Default 15 lbs down but didn't make my goal loss

I know it is supposed to be Monday check in but I can't do it tomorrow so, I'll do it now! So far, in about 34 days, I'm lost 15 lbs mostly on the Nutrisystem program. I had hoped to lose between 15 and 20 in the first month and then 12 to 15 in the second month. I am shy of my goal as you can see ;o( . I will keep going as close to on the program I can muster and time will tell. I have been having some liver-pancreas problems and am waiting for another mri to shed some light on the subject but in the meantime, I'm working towards "downwards" as I fulfill the requierements for bariatric surgery. (barring their not accepting me with whatever they are cooking up for my pancreas dx) Time will tell, as I said. . . .
The mashed coliflower sounds good. I'll have to try it!

The mashed coliflower sounds good. I'll have to try it! I was thinking about how I could MASH the brocoli as it is more fibrous. I do buy a chopped brocoli that is excellent with just a shake of parmesan cheese and a twist of black pepper and cooks fast in the microwave.
