i have lots leftover for lunch tomorow. you can bring the jello.
hubby and lil'monkey have to work late. i HATE that. i like the food that i cook to be eaten fresh. not left in the oven on warm. hey..when you get to cycle 2 on south beach, they have a really good new snack bar. 100 calories. snack bar delights. chocolate mint. 100 calories. 6g protein. 5g fiber. 15g carbs plus the other smattering of vitamins. i look for low carb snacks for grandmonkey. he can only zing around the room for so long before it drives me nuts. less suger..less zinging.

There are no pork rinds on the first two weeks of this diet! If there were, there would be empty sacks scattered around the house. *grin

Went to Karaoke at a small pizza type place tonight and so proud of myself...ate grilled chicken and small salad little ranch dressing. before we left I was hungry and ate a slice of fat free lunch meat and some raw veggies. even ate 4 bites of celery. urp...hate celery...will develope a taste for it!
One day down trying for one more. |

the puffy kind..or the real ones that almost break you teeth?
and here i thought i was weird to love them. lil'monkey and i sneak them. we can eat a bag from the store to home.

stuff the celery stalks with laughing cow low fat cheese...goes down a lot better Gaye. Good job on self control! And drink water...lots.
