Okay, I'm up and decided I had so much fun starting the thread early last
week. And I have to go the Physical Therapy at 10:00am. But I am having trouble with my breakfast for tomorrow. But somebody was talking about eggs today. So here's my plan. 1 egg 1 biscuit or crossaint, no butter something to drink, probably hot tea ( eating out at a restaurant) Now I will be having my snack at 7am in the morning instead of later. I will have a granola bar and water. Plus milk for my medicines. I will need to get some more snacks at some point I'm out, so I can't guarantee, I'll get a second snack before lunch. But I"ll then either meet a friend and help her find a place to live, she and her son are homeless. Or I'll come home and have my last bowl of potato soup. Tonights supper. Donna |

Good morning Donna, Bizi, Alffe and EVERYBODY else!
Day 6 for me, weighed today and have lost 6lbs. breakfast-scrambled eggs with SB cheese, onions, skim milk lunch chicken, raw veggies with SB dressing to dip in. Yerba Mate tea & peppermint tea to help flavor and of course "good ole Benefiber." LOL I can do this...my PCS is strong, but my faith is stronger. I will make it! froggie

checking in. yogurt with almonds for breakfast. 100 calories. 0 fat in yogurt...so it was balanced by the good fats in the almonds. tall mug of hot tea. no caffiene...so what your p's and q's people...da monkey could get crouchy. 16 oz of water to take my morning vitamins. i woke up thirsty. 30 minutes of beginner yoga. keep up the awesome job! tip: let's watch those empty snacks and foods. cut out/down on the processed foods. breads need to be whole grain. (whole wheat doesn't mean whole grain.)

Thanks Alffe, am so glad to be losing despite all else that is going on around me or within me to be honest. Nothing wrong with the world really...good place for frogs to be.
Trying to drink my water Curious...am keeping a note to check off so I can remember to do it. Otherwise I forget. Said I would get rid of scales(haven't done it yet) and have GOT TO! Couldn't resist them today so out they they go!!!!!! froggie
