protien and fruit....nothing wrong with that. heck of a lot better than a hamburger.

now for the truffles...ration them. what a nice treat per day. 1 with your coffee.

i had fat free refied bean with picante sauce. weird huh? i wanted spicey, but i knew better than to have a tortilla or chips. 1 cup...lol...i'm stuffed.

i wonder if alffe is catching frozen birds in her bird bath?

I tried to make a sour dough starter the authentic way- but it took forever and then still wasn't right- so i had to toss it.

I've made bread with my mixer, food processor & bread machine dough cycle.
The last couple loaves I added some light rye flour into those and they have been disappearing fast.
The boys like homemade toast & jam, and I made sandwiches for hubby's lunch with it.

You don't want to know what I had for breakfast... but since you asked, I had coffee and a cherry turnover from Arby's and for lunch I had a Lean Cuisine.

Umm.. my weakness is fast food because I don't like to cook. My bad!

Lunch was rolled lettuce leaves with turkey slices. Just had a mozarella stick.

Still thinking about the cherry turnover...
