Just a quick check in for the weekend.
We are going to a surprise birthday party today...should be fun! Hoping that today provides some relief for those who are suffering. bizi

Have fun Biz! I'm getting ready to slide those dead birds into the oven...
 Today is day 16 of this diet and I am eating tonight whether it's in the book or not! Tomorrow begins Phase 2.

Day 8 and still on my plan...yet feeling very weak in the will power department. Don bought regular crackers for his soup today...nothing fancy, yet I love them. Got to stay strong and RESIST temptation! Froggie

birds as in plural???
YOu will have eaten by now...so am hoping you will post an update/report about how it turned out. YOu are a great cook so I know it will be great! what temperatures do you have there? Is it warming up a bit and I really wonder about what your weather will be like,,,,, bizi
